Where is the horn and what fuses protect it on a Ford Windstar?

The horn on a Ford Windstar is located behind the front bumper, on the driver's side of the vehicle. It is mounted on a bracket that is attached to the frame of the car. The horn is actuated by a button on the steering wheel.

The horn is protected by two fuses:

* Fuse 14 (10 amps) in the underhood fuse box

* Fuse 11 (20 amps) in the interior fuse box

If the horn does not work, check these fuses first. If they are both good, then the problem may be with the horn itself, the wiring, or the horn relay.
