2. Open Expansion Tank Reservoir Cap.
3. Remove Intake Manifold.
4. Remove Upper Timing Chain Cover.
5. Remove Thermostat from Cover.
6. Clean Thermostat Housing Flange.
7. Apply 1/8-Inch Bead of RTV Sealant to Thermostat Gasket.
8. Press New Thermostat into Housing Flange.
9. Install Thermostat Cover with a New Rubber O-Ring Seal.
10. Install Upper Timing Chain Cover.
11. Install Intake Manifold.
12. Refill Engine Coolant.
13. Install Negative Battery Cable.
