Are 8 lug Dodge 2500 the same pattern as F-250 wheels?

The lug pattern for an 8-lug Dodge 2500 is 8x6.5 inches while the lug pattern for an F-250 is 8x170mm. These are not the same lug patterns so wheels between the two vehicles are not interchangeable.
