1. Locate the two plastic covers on the back of the headrest.
2. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry up the covers.
3. Once the covers are removed, you will see the two bolts that hold the headrest in place.
4. Use a socket wrench to loosen the bolts.
5. Once the bolts are loose, you can pull the headrest straight up to remove it.
To replace the headrests after the leather has been installed, simply follow the steps in reverse order.

* Be careful not to lose the plastic covers.
* If the bolts are difficult to loosen, you can spray them with a penetrating oil.
