1. Open the tailgate.
2. Locate the two screws on the inside of the tailgate that hold the tail light assembly in place. Remove these screws.
3. Gently pry the tail light assembly out of the tailgate. Be careful not to damage the paint.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the tail light assembly.
5. Remove the tail light assembly from the vehicle.
To install the new tail light assembly, simply reverse these steps.
