How do you adjust the idling on a 1994 Chrysler new yorker 3.5 liter?

To adjust the idle on a 1994 Chrysler New Yorker 3.5L you will need a few simple tools and some knowledge.

Tools Required:

* Phillips Head Screwdriver

* Flathead Screwdriver

Instructions:

1. Start your New Yorker and let it warm up to normal operating temperature.

2. Open your hood and find the throttle body, located on the side of the engine near the air filter.

3. Use the Phillips Head Screwdriver to turn the idle air control valve (IAC) located on the top of the throttle body in or out.

4. Turn the screw slowly in or out until the idle speed is between 650 and 800 RPMs.

5. Once the idle speed is correct, tighten the screw with the Flathead Screwdriver and turn the engine off.

6. Start the engine again and check the idle speed. It should remain within the 650-800 RPM range.

Note: If you are unable to adjust the idle speed properly, you may need to clean or replace the IAC valve.
