How do you change egr valve on 94 ford f150 xlt?

* EGR valve

* Gasket

Instructions

1. Locate the EGR valve (circled in the diagram). It is usually attached to the intake manifold.

2. Remove the 2 bolts holding the EGR valve in place.

3. Remove EGR valve from the intake manifold.

4. Remove the gasket from the EGR valve.

5. Place a new gasket on the EGR valve.

6. Re-insert EGR valve to the intake manifold.

7. Secure with 2 bolts.
