Here are the steps on how to remove the wheel well liner and access the windshield washer fluid pump:
1. Park your Magnum on level ground and apply the parking brake.
2. Turn the engine off and allow it to cool down for a few minutes.
3. Open the hood and locate the passenger-side headlight assembly.
4. Remove the two screws that secure the headlight assembly in place.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlight assembly.
6. Carefully remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle.
7. Remove the four screws that secure the wheel well liner in place.
8. Carefully pull the wheel well liner out from the vehicle.
9. Locate the windshield washer fluid pump. It will be located at the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir, which is located on the passenger side of the engine bay.
10. Disconnect the electrical connector from the pump.
11. Use a wrench to loosen the hose clamp that secures the washer hose to the pump.
12. Remove the hose from the pump.
13. Remove the two bolts that secure the pump to the vehicle.
14. Remove the pump from the vehicle.
To reinstall the pump, simply follow the steps in reverse order.
