Instructions:
1.Park your Honda Accord in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2.Open the hood of your car and disconnect the negative battery cable.
3.Locate the instrument cluster behind the steering wheel.
4.Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the instrument cluster in place.
5.Gently pull the instrument cluster out until you can see the backside.

11.Reattach the speedometer cable and tighten the nut.
12.Reinstall the instrument cluster and secure it with the screws.
13.Reconnect the negative battery cable and start your car.
14.Test the speedometer to make sure it is working properly.
