* Step 1: Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
* Step 2: Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
* Step 3: Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 60 Nm (44 lb-ft).
* Step 4: Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
Note: The above torque settings are for dry bolts. If you are using oiled bolts, reduce the torque settings by 10%.
