1. Locate the starter on the back of the engine.
2. Find the top starter bolt. It is usually located on the upper right-hand side of the starter.
3. Remove the plastic engine cover if necessary.
4. Use a ratchet or a wrench to loosen and remove the top starter bolt.
5. Once the top starter bolt is removed, you can access and remove the other starter bolts.
6. Replace the starter bolts in the reverse order of removal. Be sure to tighten the bolts securely.
