1. Park your car on a level surface, turn off the engine and parking brake.
2. Open the fuel door on the side of the car.
3. Remove the gas cap by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Insert the fuel nozzle into the gas tank opening and press the lever down to start pumping gas.
5. Once you have added the desired amount of gas, press the lever up and remove the nozzle from the tank.
6. Replace the gas cap and turn it clockwise until it clicks to close properly.
7. Close the fuel door
