A fuel injection vehicle will not start if it runs out of gas as the fuel pump requires a minimum amount of fuel to establish pressure and pump gas to the engine. There is no way to introduce fuel to the engine in a fuel injection vehicle without sufficient gas in the tank.
If a fuel injection vehicle runs out of gas, you will need to add more gas to the tank before it can be started.
