* New intake manifold gasket
* New intake manifold bolts
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
3. Remove the air filter housing.
4. Remove the throttle body.
5. Remove the fuel lines from the fuel rail.
6. Remove the vacuum lines from the intake manifold.
7. Remove the bolts holding the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
8. Carefully remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head.
9. Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and intake manifold.
10. Install a new intake manifold gasket.
11. Install the intake manifold bolts and tighten to the specified torque.
12. Reconnect the vacuum lines and fuel lines.
13. Reinstall the throttle body.
14. Reinstall the air filter housing.
15. Refill the coolant.
16. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
Tips:
* Be careful not to drop the bolts into the engine when removing the intake manifold.
* If the intake manifold is stuck to the cylinder head, you can carefully pry it off with a screwdriver.
* When reinstalling the intake manifold, make sure to tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern to avoid warping the manifold.
