1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel that is attached to the rotor you want to remove.
3. Jack up the vehicle until the wheel is off the ground.
4. Remove the lug nuts and remove the wheel.
5. Locate the two bolts that hold the caliper in place. These bolts are usually located on the back of the caliper.
6. Use a wrench to loosen the bolts. Be careful not to drop the bolts.
7. Remove the caliper from the rotor. Hang it up out of the way using a piece of wire or rope. Be careful not to damage the brake line.
8. Locate the two screws that hold the rotor in place. These screws are usually located on the back of the rotor.
9. Use a screwdriver or socket wrench to loosen the screws. Be careful not to drop the screws.
10. Remove the rotor from the wheel hub.
11. Be sure to clean the mating surface of the rotor and wheel hub before reinstalling the new rotor.
