Possible Causes

- Vacuum lines or vacuum motor stuck or disconnected (most likely issue)

- Blower motor resistor is failing or failed.

- Air flow selector vacuum is in an intermediate stage. Try moving from defrost to panel vent while watching under the dash vacuum actuator arm is move and the airflow diverter door that arm controls for vacuum leaks or restrictions, or a hung up diverter door.
