Notes:
* The power steering pump is driven by the serpentine belt.
* The tensioner keeps the serpentine belt tight.
* The idler pulley helps to route the serpentine belt.
To remove the power steering pump pulley:
1. Remove the serpentine belt.
2. Loosen the tensioner.
3. Remove the idler pulley.
4. Remove the pulley from the power steering pump.
To install the power steering pump pulley:
1. Install the pulley onto the power steering pump.
2. Install the idler pulley.
3. Tighten the tensioner.
4. Install the serpentine belt.
