The fuel pump relay is located in the underhood fuse block, in position #14.
Fuel Pump Relay Testing
To test the fuel pump relay, you will need a multimeter and a jumper wire.
1. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
2. Open the hood and locate the underhood fuse block.
3. Remove the fuel pump relay from the fuse block.
4. Set the multimeter to the continuity setting.
5. Touch one probe of the multimeter to the terminal on the relay labeled "Input."
6. Touch the other probe of the multimeter to the terminal on the relay labeled "Output."
7. If the relay is good, the multimeter should emit a beep.
8. If the relay is bad, the multimeter will not emit a beep.
Fuel Pump Relay Replacement
If the fuel pump relay is bad, you will need to replace it. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Purchase a new fuel pump relay from a parts store.
2. Open the hood and locate the underhood fuse block.
3. Remove the old fuel pump relay from the fuse block.
4. Insert the new fuel pump relay into the fuse block.
5. Close the hood and start the engine.
