Underneath the mower’s seat. There will usually be a small canister containing a cylindrical filter.
*This is generally a paper filter and if it is dirty (black especially) or old, it’s best to replace it.*
Inside the fuel tank. Sometimes the filter is located at the bottom of the tank, and is a small metal screen on the tip of the fuel inlet.

Directly on the carburetor. Rarely, the filter is located directly on the carburetor.
