1. The crankshaft sensor is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the oil filter.
2. It is a small, cylindrical sensor with a single wire connector.
3. To access the sensor, you may need to remove the engine cover and air filter housing.
4. Once you have located the sensor, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the 10mm bolt that holds it in place.
5. Pull the sensor out of the engine block and inspect it for damage.
6. If the sensor is damaged, replace it with a new one.
7. To reinstall the sensor, simply reverse the steps you took to remove it.
