1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the screws holding the steering column in place.
3. Lower the steering column.
4. Remove the screws holding the defroster vents in place.
5. Remove the defroster vents.
6. Remove the radio.
7. Remove the heater controls.
8. Remove the instrument cluster.
9. Remove the steering wheel.
10. Remove the center console.
11. Remove the glove box.
12. Remove the air bags (if equipped).
13. Remove the screws holding the dashboard in place.
14. Carefully pry the dashboard up and off of the car.
You might also need to remove other interior components such as trim panels and brackets to access screws and fasteners that hold the dashboard in place.
