Fuse Box Location:
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment, on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is covered by a black plastic cover.
Fuse Box Diagram:
The fuse box diagram is located on the inside of the fuse box cover. It shows the location and amperage of each fuse.
Fuses:
The fuses in the fuse box protect the electrical components of the vehicle from damage caused by electrical overloads. If a fuse blows, it means that the electrical component that it protects is drawing too much current.
To Replace a Fuse:
1. Turn off the engine and allow the vehicle to cool down.
2. Open the fuse box cover.
3. Locate the blown fuse.
4. Remove the blown fuse by gently pulling it out with a pair of needle-nose pliers.
5. Insert a new fuse of the same amperage into the fuse socket.
6. Close the fuse box cover.
Note:
If the new fuse blows, it is important to take the vehicle to a qualified mechanic to diagnose the problem.
