2. Remove the fork caps and drain the old oil.
3. Remove the fork tubes from the triple clamps.
4. Remove the old fork seals and dust seals.
5. Install the new fork seals and dust seals.
6. Reinstall the fork tubes in the triple clamps.
7. Install the new fork caps.
8. Add new fork oil to the forks.
The amount of fork oil required will vary depending on the make and model of the motorcycle, so be sure to refer to your service manual for the correct amount.
9. Pump the forks up and down several times to bleed any air bubbles from the oil.
10. Reinstall the front wheel.
11. Test the forks for proper operation.
