1. Locate the fuel filter. It is usually located on the side of the engine.
2. Remove the fuel filter cap.
3. Pump the primer pump until fuel comes out of the fuel filter cap.
4. Replace the fuel filter cap.
5. Start the engine.
6. Let the engine run for a few minutes to allow the air to bleed out of the fuel line.
If the engine still does not run smoothly, you may need to repeat steps 2-6.
