What are the torque specs for rocker arm nut in a 1998 Model 5.7 Liter engine or do they have be tightened all way down with no pressure on valve springs?

- Rocker Arm Nut Torque: 22 ft-lb (30 Nm)

Note: The above torque specification assumes that the valve springs are fully seated. If the valve springs are not fully seated, the rocker arm nut should be tightened until it is snug against the valve stem, but no further.
