1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Open the trunk.
3. Locate the taillight assembly. It is located on the rear of the vehicle, on either side.
4. Remove the two screws that hold the taillight assembly in place.
5. Pull the taillight assembly out of the vehicle.
6. Locate the brake light bulb. It is usually a red bulb located at the bottom of the taillight assembly.
7. Twist the brake light bulb counterclockwise to remove it.
8. Insert the new brake light bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise to secure it.
9. Reinstall the taillight assembly into the vehicle.
10. Secure the taillight assembly with the two screws.
11. Close the trunk.
Test the brake lights to ensure they are working properly.
