_A T25 torx bit_

_Locate the speed limiter.**_ The speed limiter is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment. It is a small black box with "Speed Limiter" written on it.

_Disconnect the power supply to the speed limiter._Disconnect the electrical connector from the speed limiter. It is a white connector with a brown wire and a black wire. Once the connector is disconnected, check your speed limitations by running the vehicle
