Gather the necessary tools. You will need the following tools:
_ A Phillips head screwdriver_
_ A flat head screwdriver_
_A T25 torx bit_
_Locate the speed limiter.**_ The speed limiter is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment. It is a small black box with "Speed Limiter" written on it.
_Disconnect the power supply to the speed limiter._Disconnect the electrical connector from the speed limiter. It is a white connector with a brown wire and a black wire. Once the connector is disconnected, check your speed limitations by running the vehicle
_Adjust the speed limiter (Optional)._ If you wish to adjust the speed limiter, use the flat-head screwdriver to adjust the throttle body stop screw in small increments while running the vehicle
_Test the speed limiter._ Test the speed limiter to make sure it is working properly. The vehicle should not exceed the set speed limit
Reconnect the power supply to the speed limiter. Reconnect the white connector.
_Start the engine and test the speed limiter_._ The speed limiter should be set at the desired speed
