- Blown fuse: Check the fuse box for a blown fuse that controls the blower motor. If a fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage rating.
- Faulty blower motor: The blower motor is responsible for circulating the air in the vehicle. If the blower motor is faulty, it will not be able to circulate the air, resulting in no airflow from the vents. To check the blower motor, turn the ignition on and set the fan speed to the highest setting. If you can hear the blower motor running but no air is coming out of the vents, the blower motor may be faulty and need to be replaced.
- Clogged cabin air filter: The cabin air filter helps to filter out dust, pollen, and other debris from the air that enters the vehicle. If the cabin air filter is clogged, it can restrict airflow and cause the air and heater to stop blowing. Check the cabin air filter and replace it if necessary.
- Faulty climate control unit: The climate control unit is responsible for controlling the temperature and airflow in the vehicle. If the climate control unit is faulty, it may not be able to properly control the airflow, resulting in no airflow from the vents. To check the climate control unit, try turning the temperature and fan speed settings to different positions. If the climate control unit is not responding or the airflow does not change, the climate control unit may be faulty and need to be replaced.
