1. Sit inside the car, find the hood release handle, and pull upwards to unlatch the hood.
2. Once the hood is unlatched, get outside of the car and go to the front of it.
3. On the Mercedes logo there is a large emblem that can be pulled up with your fingers (or you can use a flathead screwdriver).
4. Once you pull the emblem up, release the hood prop.
5. Lift the hood from the front of the car.
