* Park the vehicle on a level surface.
* Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
* Open the hood.
* Locate the automatic gearbox oil dipstick. It is usually located near the back of the engine compartment, on the driver's side.
* Pull the dipstick out and check the oil level. It should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the dipstick.
- If the oil level is low, add enough oil to bring it up to the "FULL" mark.
- Use only the type of automatic gearbox oil specified in the vehicle's owner's manual.
* Replace the dipstick and close the hood.
Note: If the automatic gearbox oil level is low, it is important to top it up as soon as possible to prevent damage to the gearbox.
