Instructions
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the engine mount bolts.
3. Lift the engine out of the vehicle.
4. Install the engine mount kit.
5. Install the transmission.
6. Install the driveshaft.
7. Install the shifter linkage.
8. Install the fuel lines.
9. Install the fuel filter.
10. Install the fuel pump.
11. Install the air cleaner.
12. Install the oil cooler.
13. Install the radiator.
14. Install the hoses.
15. Install the clamps.
16. Install the electrical wiring.
17. Install the exhaust system.
18. Install the starter motor.
19. Install the alternator.
20. Install the battery.
Tips
- When installing the engine, make sure that the flywheel is aligned with the crankshaft.
- When installing the transmission, make sure that the input shaft is aligned with the clutch disc.
- When installing the driveshaft, make sure that the universal joints are properly aligned.
- When installing the fuel lines, make sure that they are properly routed and that there are no leaks.
- When installing the electrical wiring, make sure that the wires are properly connected and that there are no short circuits.
