2. Remove the oil pan.
3. Remove the flywheel and clutch assembly.
4. Remove the cylinder heads and barrels.
5. Remove the camshafts and lifters.
6. Remove the crankshaft.
7. Carefully pry apart the crankcase and transmission case.
Tips:
- Use a soft mallet or rubber mallet to pry apart the crankcase and transmission case.
- Be careful not to damage the mating surfaces of the crankcase and transmission case when you pry them apart.
- If the crankcase and transmission case are stuck together, you can try using a heat gun or torch to heat the joint until it releases.
