The TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) solenoid on a 1988 Chevy Celebrity wagon is located inside the transmission. You won't be able to access it without removing the transmission. It's not an externally accessible component. You'll need a transmission specialist or a very experienced mechanic to replace it.
