The radiator cap is typically located on the top of the radiator, but sometimes it's on a separate overflow tank connected to the radiator. The overflow tank, if present, is usually a smaller plastic reservoir near the radiator. Look closely at the top of the radiator and the area immediately surrounding it. The cap might be black plastic and is usually fairly easy to spot.
Important Note: Be extremely careful when working near the radiator and cap. The coolant inside is hot when the engine is running or recently running and can cause serious burns. Allow the engine to cool completely before attempting to check the coolant level or add anything.
