* Inside the car: On the driver's side, usually near the bottom of the dashboard, there's a lever or button.
* On the key fob (if equipped): If your 1994 Taurus had a remote key fob, it should have a button to release the trunk.
If you can't locate the interior lever, look closely along the lower left side of the dash area. It might be somewhat recessed or hidden depending on trim level.
