- You will need the serial number of your radio, which can be found on the back of the unit.
- You will also need the security code for your radio, which can be found in your owner's manual or on a sticker in the glove compartment.
Step 2: Contact Ford customer service.
- Call Ford customer service at 1-800-392-3673.
- Have your radio serial number and security code ready when you call.
- The customer service representative will provide you with a four-digit unlock code.
Step 3: Enter the unlock code into your radio.
- Turn on your radio.
- Press the "AM/FM" button until the display shows "ENTER CODE".
- Enter the four-digit unlock code using the radio's preset buttons.
- Press the "OK" button to confirm the code.
Your radio will now be unlocked and you will be able to use it again.
