The fuse panel is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. It contains a number of fuses that protect the electrical circuits in the car. Each fuse is labeled with the circuit it protects.
Here is a list of the fuses and the circuits they protect:
* 15 amp fuse: Headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, hazard lights, license plate light, and interior lights
* 10 amp fuse: Radio, heater, and cigarette lighter
* 7.5 amp fuse: Fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, and speedometer
* 5 amp fuse: Ignition switch, starter solenoid, and horn
* 3 amp fuse: Clock and glove box light
If a fuse blows, it is important to replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage. Do not use a fuse that is higher amperage than the one that blew, as this could damage the electrical circuit.
If you are having problems with your car's electrical system, it is a good idea to check the fuses first. If a fuse is blown, it is likely that the circuit it protects is not working properly.
