1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Open the trunk of your car.
3. Locate the brake light assembly. It is located on the inside of the trunk behind the taillight lens.
4. Remove the two bolts that hold the brake light assembly in place.
5. Pull the brake light assembly out of the trunk.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the brake light assembly.
7. Install the new brake light assembly.
8. Connect the electrical connector to the back of the brake light assembly.
9. Insert the two bolts that hold the brake light assembly in place and tighten them securely.
10. Test the brake light to make sure it is working properly.
