Here are the steps on how to remove and replace the crank position sensor on a 2002 Volvo S60:
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Locate the crank position sensor. It is located on the front of the engine, near the bottom.
3. Remove the bolt that holds the sensor in place.
4. Disconnect the wire harness from the sensor.
5. Remove the sensor from the engine.
6. Install the new sensor in the reverse order of removal.
7. Tighten the bolt that holds the sensor in place.
