1. Park your car on a level surface, facing a wall or other vertical surface about 10 feet away.
2. Turn on the headlights and open the hood of your car.
3. Locate the two adjustment screws on the headlight assembly. The horizontal adjustment screw is usually located on the top of the headlight, and the vertical adjustment screw is usually located on the side.
4. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to turn the horizontal adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise to move the headlight beam left or right.
5. Use the flat-head screwdriver to turn the vertical adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise to move the headlight beam up or down.
6. Continue adjusting the screws until the headlight beams are aligned properly. The beams should be centered on the wall or vertical surface, and they should be about the same height.
7. Once you have finished adjusting the headlights, close the hood of your car and turn off the headlights.
