1. Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood and locate the brake light switch. It is located on the driver's side of the brake pedal assembly.
3. Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the lock nut on the brake light switch.
4. Turn the brake light switch clockwise to raise the brake pedal and counterclockwise to lower the brake pedal.
5. Once the brake pedal is at the desired height, tighten the lock nut.
6. Test the brake lights to ensure that they are working properly.
