- Replacement LED bulbs

2. Accessing the Trunk
Open the trunk of your Cadillac Catera and remove the floor cover, if applicable, to access the tail light assembly.
3. Remove Tail Light Assembly
- Locate the screws that hold the tail light assembly in place. These are usually located on the inside edge of the trunk lid, near the tail light assembly.
- Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws.
- Carefully remove the tail light assembly from the car, being mindful of any wires or connectors attached to it.
4. Access the LED Bulbs
Once the tail light assembly is removed, you can access the LED bulbs by locating the bulb sockets. These are usually secured in place by twist-and-lock mechanisms or clips.
5. Replacing LED Bulbs
- Gently twist or pry open the bulb socket to release the old LED bulb.
- Remove the old LED bulb from the socket.
- Insert the new LED bulb into the socket, ensuring it is properly seated and aligned.
- Secure the LED bulb socket by twisting it closed.
6. Reinstall the Tail Light Assembly
- Carefully reposition the tail light assembly into its original place on the car, making sure to align the screw holes.
- Replace and tighten the screws you removed earlier to secure the tail light assembly.
7. Test the Lights
- Turn on the lights and check that the new LED bulbs are functioning correctly.
