1. Get into the car and close the door.
2. Insert your key into the ignition and turn it to the “On” position.
3. Press and hold the disarm button on the key fob or the alarm switch on the dashboard until the alarm stops sounding.
4. Wait for a few seconds for the alarm to fully reset.
Make sure all doors are properly close and there is not an issue with the alarm system as this may also be the cause of a false alarm.
