Here are the steps on how to remove the grille:
1. Open the hood of your Volvo 940.
2. Locate the two plastic tabs on the top of the grille.
3. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the tabs up and release the grille.
4. Lift the grille up and off of the car.
Once the grille is removed, you will be able to see the horn. It is located on the driver's side of the car, near the headlight.
To remove the horn, simply unbolt it from the car. Be careful not to drop the horn, as it is made of glass.
Once the horn is removed, you can replace it with a new one. Be sure to connect the new horn to the same wires that the old horn was connected to.
Reinstall the grille by reversing the steps you took to remove it.
