1. Turn off the ignition and allow the car to cool down.
2. Open the glove compartment and remove the contents.
3. Locate the two screws holding the air vent in place and remove them.
4. Pull the air vent out gently to expose the interior temperature sensor.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
6. Unscrew the sensor from the dashboard.
7. Install the new sensor in reverse order.
8. Test the sensor by turning on the ignition and adjusting the climate control settings.
