How do you adjust the front brakes on a polaris predator 90?

To adjust the front brakes on a Polaris Predator 90, follow these steps:

1. Park the ATV on a flat surface and turn off the engine.

2. Locate the brake caliper on the front wheel. It is the part that holds the brake pads against the brake rotor.

3. There are two adjustment bolts on the brake caliper. One is the "inner adjuster" and the other is the "outer adjuster". The inner adjuster is closer to the center of the caliper, while the outer adjuster is closer to the wheel.

4. Use a wrench to turn the inner adjuster clockwise until the brake pad just touches the brake rotor.

5. Then, use a wrench to turn the outer adjuster clockwise until the brake lever has about 1/8 inch of free play.

6. Test the brakes by squeezing the brake lever. The brakes should engage smoothly and firmly without the wheels locking up.

If you are unable to adjust the front brakes on your Polaris Predator 90, take it to a qualified mechanic.
