Attempting to repair just the clutch would likely be more trouble than it's worth and probably wouldn't work. The clutch is typically attached to the compressor via a splined shaft or similar mechanism that might be damaged, making reassembly problematic.
If the AC compressor clutch is failing (e.g., not engaging, making noise, etc.), you'll need to purchase and install a complete replacement AC compressor. This is a job best left to a qualified mechanic unless you have significant experience working on automotive AC systems. Improper handling of refrigerant can be dangerous and harmful to the environment.
