Can you use a clamp to push that caliber in change the brakes or do need other tool it?

No, you generally cannot use a clamp to push a caliper in to change brakes. While a clamp *might* provide some leverage, it's the wrong tool for the job and risks damaging the caliper, piston, or brake pads. You need a proper caliper compression tool. These tools are specifically designed to evenly compress the caliper piston without causing damage. Using a clamp could easily bend the piston or otherwise harm the delicate internal components of the caliper.
