Materials:
* New starter
* Starter mounting bolts

Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Locate the starter on the front of the engine. It is typically located on the driver's side near the bottom of the engine.
3. Remove the starter mounting bolts. There are typically two or three bolts that hold the starter in place.
4. Disconnect the starter electrical connector. The electrical connector is typically a small plastic plug that connects to the starter solenoid.
5. Remove the starter from the engine. Once the mounting bolts and electrical connector are disconnected, you should be able to pull the starter straight out of the engine.
6. Install the new starter. Insert the new starter into the engine and align the mounting holes with the bolt holes in the engine block. Thread the starter mounting bolts into the holes and tighten them securely.
7. Reconnect the starter electrical connector. Plug the electrical connector back into the starter solenoid and make sure that it is secure.
8. Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
9. Start the engine and test the starter. The starter should engage and start the engine without any problems.
Tips:
* If you are having difficulty removing the starter, you may need to use a pry bar or a hammer to break it loose from the engine block.
* Be careful not to drop the starter when you are removing it from the engine.
* When installing the new starter, make sure that the mounting holes are aligned with the bolt holes in the engine block.
* Tighten the starter mounting bolts securely to ensure that the starter does not come loose.
