2005 gmc 6.0 knock sensor location and how do I replace it?

The knock sensor on a 2005 GMC 6.0 is located on the left side of the engine block, just below the cylinder head. It is a small, cylindrical-shaped sensor with a single wire connector. To replace the knock sensor, you will need the following tools:

- Socket wrench set

- 10 mm socket

- Extension bar

- Pliers

- New knock sensor

Instructions:

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to disable the ignition system.

8. Reconnect the wire connector to the knock sensor.
